The Lake Region is now divided into three sections:
- Cleveland Division Lakefront: Berea (BE) Tower to Collinwood Yard (CP 171)
- Cleveland Division West: Collinwood Yard (CP 171) to Fairview, PA (CP 97)
- Cleveland Division East: Fairview, PA (CP 97) to Bayview, NY (MP 8.0)
- Toledo Division: Berea (BE) Tower to CP 415 (Dunlap, IN)
