PC: ADMIN--Upgrade complete

The upgrade today to Prozac (the server hosting this list and PC web
site) was successful, and as you can tell, the mailing list and web
site are back in full operation. We have increased the disk capacity
on the server from ~600 MB to over 5 GB of space, so I can add plenty
of more PC pictures before we run out of room. :-)

I may be doing some maintenance on the list server over the next couple
of days, so if you experience any problems with the mailing list,
please be patient, as it should be down only for short periods of time.
