Mention was made of the PC boxcar located off I-80 in the Youngstown area. It
is PC boxcar 208177, class X38L, ex - PRR 45826, re-built around 11/63. It was
painted at Hollidaysburg, Pa. in June 1970 in the standard 50 ft. single door
boxcar scheme except that the size of the logo was 3 ft. X 6 ft. instead of the
normal 4 ft. X 7 ft. 10 in. In was retired shortly before the start-up of
Conrail because it was not listed in the Conrail company freight car renumbering
guide.
