Didn't the PC also own the LV and 2/3 of the PRSL?  Most of what made up 
Conrail was PC.  I guess that the CNJ/EL/RDG group didn't want to be 
absorbed into even a restructured PC.  Can anyone find a way to combine PC 
with RGD/EL/CJN and get a reasonable name.
