I was on an AEM-7 at Charlestown, MD (north of Perryville) when an alleged
perpetrator threw a brick at the windshield and caught the fireman's side (my
side) dead center.  Scared the heck out of me but thanks to the Lord and FRA
glazing only small pieces of glass entered the cab.  The windshield was stove
in pretty bad, forcing us to reduce speed to "only" 80 mph and pull down the
window shade on that side.  We were doing 110 when the brick hit.  I would
love to see that guy pitching in a prison league!!  They did have to add
another engine in Philadelphia!
