PC: different PC fonts

Hi All,
  I've been looking at the PC Color Guide from James Kincaid.  Looking
closely I can see different font styles in the reporting marks and numbers.
I'm trying to determine what they all are.  Square 721 bold covers the bulk,
but it looks like early in the repaints the ex NYC and PRR shops were still
using there own stencils.  I making a guess at the ex PRR as Futura MD
BT(Looks like the early Cab numbers on diesels too).  The ex NYC stencils I
can not identify by name.
  Can any one shed some insight as to what these fonts are called or confirm
my guess at the PRR font style?
