PC: Green Frog Penn Central Vol. 2

I just placed an order with Green Frog and as usual, I inquired about the
possibility of a Vol. 2 for Penn Central.  They (at least the woman who took
my order) said they had no plans for a Vol. 2.  Maybe if they got more
inquiries, they would reconsider.
