PC: More Vol. 2 replys

I talked to Louis Marre a year ago about Vol. 2 of Conrail Motive Power
Review and he said that Extra 2200 South was going to publish it.  I don't
get Extra 200 South nor have I seen any other indication that it was
published.  Any one else have some info?
