I if you have not read "No Way to Run A Railroad", I would suggest 
that you read it. I got it through the inter-library loan system to 
read. After reading it then tell me what you think. I was the income 
from the Pennsylvania Company that kept the PC afloat as long as 
it did. Other good referance sources that can be gotten the same 
way are 
"The Fallen Collouses", "Wreak of the Penn Central" and "Death of 
a Railroad". These also can be gotten the same way,
