Just a brief moment of your time, please...
I'm not picking on anyone in particular. I have probably made this mistake
a few times as well. Before following up to a posting on the PC list (or
any mailing list for that matter) check the "To:" line and remove the
originator. If that person is part of the mailing list, they will get a
copy
Header from recently recieved message:
> To: <Gene.Fusco -AT- Symbios.com>, <penn-central@smellycat.com>
This creates two copies of the message and wastes bandwidth. It also rings
up extra costs for anyone that pays for downloads/messages.
Let's be careful out there. :^)
