I have two volumes of reprints of official PC paint and lettering
diagrams. I bought them at a train show from Charles Horan, who is
from somewhere around Philadelphia. You could probably contact him
about obtaining copies of the reprints. However, I don't know if
Charlie owns or has any rights to the original company diagrams or
if there would be any legal snags to using the reprint books for
decal sheets.

My reprint volumes are *somewhere*, but exactly where, I can't
remember.....
