I woudn't think so, since my NYC map indicates NYC as far south as
Cairo, IL, quite a bit further south than Jeffersonville, I do not
know how far south PRR went...

There is a NS employee here in Louisville KY that takes the Western Maryland ahead through time as if the merger into the C&O/B&O did not take place. Very effective modeling with an all EMD rationale
