PC: Speculation/What if

There is a NS employee here in Louisville KY that takes the Western Maryland ahead through time as if the merger into the C&O/B&O did not take place. Very effective modeling with an all EMD rationale and both SD40-2's and SD60's painted in the "circus scheme". Also the L&N Historical society has had to add the category of "other" to the annual model contest due to just such speculation on "what if ?" The winner last year was a Athearn Dash-9 in the original black with tan and orange stripes.  

Question: Was Jeffersonville Indiana the southern most point on the PC? 
Actually the railroad came into KY and stopped at the end of the 14th street viaduct which was the beginning of the IC Oak Street yard. The Conrail marked this spot with a sign indicating this was the end of the Indianapolis Division.
