PC: Hal Carstens

  I didn't see anyone post this so I just thought I would let you guys
know that publisher Hal Carstens died. For those that don't know his
name, he published "Railfan" magazine and a lot of other railroad
publications.
  "Railfan" and "Trains" were the only two mags I was into when I was a
teen in the 1970s. 
    I still remember the big Penn Central article Railfan magazine did
in 1975.
