The Athearn caboose is just a rehash of the very old MDC 2-window caboose. They added 2 more windows to make it sort of look like an "eastern style" caboose as owned by LV, RDG, CNJ and others. PC did buy some ex-LV cabooses but again that caboose is just a sort of a standin if you kinda squint your eyes.
The Atlas caboose is a C&O prototype and PC never had that kind.
No need anymore to get standin PC cabooses now that accurate PC cabooses are available from Bowser, Atlas, Intermountain, and Walthers.
