Can anyone tell me what color was used on Penn Central GP38/40's for the =
cab wall interiors? I know the
control stands were primarily black with =
silver highlights, but can no longer remember the inside colors. I seem =
to remember either tan or apple green, but not 100% sure.
Thank you!

Yesterday in Georgetown, De I spotted a ex-Conrail PS covered hopper. =
It is now has reporting marks TOWX # 7102. I could make out some of the =
Conrail numbers 88_ _41. I think the both blank number are either 8 or =
6. I can make out the bottom of both numbers and less than halfway up to =
the top. Does anyone know if this is a former Penn Central Car?
