Why not? After all, Metro North did up those FL-9s in
lightening stripe. (BTW, a friend who works for MN
asked the paint shop manager how he got the pattern
for the paint scheme. He pulled out a set of
Microscale decals!)
I used to ahve a t-shirt with an F40 in lightening
stripes.
