PC: Issue 6, Volume 1

Folks:

I just got my copy of the Post in the mail yesterday, and I'd like to
publicly thank Jim Homoki for his article on the PC's GP40s. Between the
Chessie System and the Penn Central, the GP40 seems to have been part of the
backbone of locomotive fleets to two of my favorite 1970s railroads.

One thing: Did the PC management cut the NYC's ATS installation as an
economy measure, or what?
