Basically true...
Power that went to NS got PRR marks
Power that went to CSX got CSX marks
Rolling stock that went to NS stayed CR
Rolling stock that went to CSX got NYC
No engines that went to CSX ever got NYC...as no rolling stock that went
to NS got PRR
