PC: Altoona Meeting, 2 Years Ago Today

Hello Everyone,

I'd just like to take a moment to reflect on the Altoona meeting that
took place two years ago today, October 16, 1999 which formed the PCRRHS
society. I'd like thank those that gave the time to make it happen.
