Gang,
I agree that that patch is a fantasy item.
I can also second the legitimate patch story, about the good PC patches
having one star for each state, province & 1 for Washington D.C.

Anybody have an opinion on this badge?

First of all, the seller is obviously lying, because the badge is not 75
years old (he had to put that in there to get it on ebay). Second, I have
never heard of a rank called Deputy Chief.
