Actually the PC N7 is a former NYC caboose, not PRR.

I am new to the list and am looking for some info in modeling a PC N% caboose.  I am using a Bowser model.  Is a wood roof walk correct for a model being used in the 1969 to 1971 era?  Also, are the pennsy truck correct for that era or do they need to be replaced?
