PC: september 2001 model railroading article

the september 2001 issue of model railroading has an article on GP40's (part 
12) with all PC photos and great info on these loco's. the article mainly 
focuses on NYC, but is great reference for modelers or anyone wanting 
additional info. just thought you'd like to know.
