To All. I think this problem started way before the take over and split of 
Conrail. From what I use to hear about CSX was that they ran everthing on the 
very very thin edge of the borderline. There old problems finally caught up 
with them and it looks like the former Conrail portion helped take part of 
the heat of it all.
