The PRSL received 10 GP38 numbered 2000-2009. They ordered 5 more which were to be numbered 2010-2014. I have a picture of one of these completed and in PRSL paint. Within a week of completion, the financing had fallen through and they were delivered to PC instead with the same numbers. Conrail finally renumbered them in 1976.
