Hello Garrett

The Penn Central Bi-Annual is similar to the Penn Central Power book but
also different. It's done in all black and white, no color. It was also
done in 1973 during the Penn Central era. If you're a collector of PC
stuff it's a must have item, but as a modeler only, you probably can
live without.
