The PCHS that hasn't been formally announced yet, has no members,
and has no money yet. Yep, they sound like a good candidate for
a group to buy an engine that doesn't run.... :-)

Seriously, if you want to see a cab unit in the "red P" paint scheme,
go to the Danbury museum and watch their FPA4.... Hopefully they
won't have repainted it by the time I get back up there...
