PC: Re: Ex-PC cabs in red

Those N21 waycars were built by FGE for CR in the late '70's....they must 
have been been some of the last new cabooses built; they share some 
structural components with the last batch of  Chessie's FGE cabs. 
   Sometimes Conrail cars, when shopped, had their CR-built number 
re-stencilled in the upper right corner. (I recall seeing H1 hoppers built 
for CR that had been repainted with the same number in the upper right 
corner!) Probably for trust agreements.
How about a PC waycar in red?  (Ugh)
