PC: Re: Hopper reporting marks

Some PC covered hoppers had PCB reporting marks, I believe
that cars that were leased had the B on them.
Examples are on page 105 of the PC Color Guide and if you
have em pages 3 of the Aug 76 issue of Rails Northeast and
and page 20 of the Dec 76 issue Rails Northeast.
