I think that's actually a kitbash based on Athearn's U30C..   seems like if
you really wanted to get technical you could combine a U33/36C shell and a
U23B shell (Atlas) and get a scale width hood version, though.

There's also an article on U33B's on the following pages and some pix of PC
units in the article...   including the one remaining PC U33B, now in
Canada.  GE U-boat month maybe?
