Can you scan a picture of it so we can see it. It does indeed appear to be
an odd car as odd as the one-of-a-kind PRR Six Axle Tank Car painted white
with large red PRR Keystone. There was a picture in TRAINS in the mid 60's
of it and by surprise I found the car by the NH Car Shops at Maybrook, NY.
Its was Numbered "00000". I do not recall what the first digit was.
