Are any of you true railroaders?

I wouldn't presume to second guess what NS, CSX, or any corporate 
entity is doing...Oh sure it is true that there have been some 
problems but what company doesn't have them when they have acquired a 
company? I think it is too soon to criticise NS they are doing their 
best to smooth things out.

I have yet to run into a disgruntled exCR employee here in Elkhart, 
IN so far all the ones I have talked to are relatively happy with 
their new employer...In fact the only thing I have heard any 
grumbling about, is CR employee adjustment to the more stringent 
following of safety rules that NS insists upon, which I would think 
is a good thing.
