PC: Passenger Decals

One stumbling block-

Decals, only sets are Champ. Out of regular production but can be obtained
for (gulp!) $11.00 a set supposedly.

In Rails Northesast 20 years ago there was an ad for someone that was going
to do white, black and white, and gold PC passenger decals including sleeper
and lounge names.  Did this ever happen?

A nice Tuscan sleeper with gold stripes, worms and PENN CENTRAL would look
great.  It would be a nice break from the later green and silver cars, too
bad most tuscan cars were scraped fairly early from what I have seen.
