That sometimes happens.....the list server might have coughed up a
hairball in the mail queue. I did not receive that message, so it might
have been just you. I checked the queue just now and it seems to
be OK now. But considering how slow and underpowered my list server
has been, I guess it's better late than never....

Speaking of my slow and underpowered mail server, I guess this would be
a good time to remind the list population to PLEASE edit your replies
when send a message to list. Please keep your messages short by removing
any parts of the previous message that you are not addressing--only quote
the relevant parts of the post. Unforuntately, cerain broken mail programs
(especially ones made by Microsoft) make it difficult to quote a reply
easily, so if you have to, please just delete the original message then.
There's no point in quoting a 30-line message just to add two lines of
your thoughts at the end. Trimming down your messages will help the mail
server process messages faster and keep the load down, as ever time a
message gets sent to the list, my server machine just gets hammered.

I'm not directing this at anyone in particular, but everyone on the list,
so that we can keep the usage load down on the list server, which will
help to keep the list on the server for everyone to enjoy. Thanks.
