PC: CR nick name

Another nick name use around the yards was Clown Rail, making 
referance to the way the railroad was running it its early years. Like 
these clowns could not run a Lionel train. Also at Bethlehem 
Engine terminal after a ex-PC engine came in with the PC painted 
out and a CR on the nose and side a new one was born. This 
engine was so dirty it was infested with cock roaches. The 
outbouund  crew refused to take it out. When they got the yes you 
will speach the engineer called the county health department who 
came down and impounded the engine until the extermenator was 
called to kill them. After that CR on a black engine meet 
Cockroach equipted.
