PC: Re: Athearn PC GP38-2 & DT&I GP40-2

The PC GP38-2 looks incredible. Actually comparing the paint/lettering on
a recent Athearn and a Kato SD40-2 and the Athearn ones look better -
there's some minor or major flaw on every road name I've seen in the Kato
units and that goes back to older releases.

The Athearn however is sharp, crisp, level, has all the small data
lettering, and looks great. I've not seen the DT&I but I saw a CP "Beaver"
GP38-2 and that was just as amazing - the herald on the side of it has to
be a decal, it has the blended shades of gold down perfect but yet there's
no sign of film.
