Re: PC: PC SD-40 handbrake

The 9 SD40's that the B&O handed down to the CNJ (later CR 6285-6292) had a
rear handbrake. If I remember right though PC/CR SD40's were numbered
funny - CR 6293-6357 are actually older (PRR) SD40's and CR 6240-6284 were
new to PC. I noticed in most other cases the oldest units of each model
tended to get the lowest re-number, IE if units got 3800 series numbers and
one group of said model was built in 1965, another in 1970, the 1965 units
would start the series numbering.
