PC: PC diesel histories and CR numbers

Does anyone out there know where I could find a listing of the PC diesels
that went to CR and what their new CR number would have been?  Also, I'd
like to get the PRR/NYC/NH number of any PC locos that went to CR.  IS this
available?

I'm looking for specific engine numbers (i.e. 7749), not series (i.e.
7000-7100) dispositions.
