Re: PC: : B units



CNW SD40-2, C40-8W, "some", GP9's (like NYC) were dynamic equiped. All newer
IC Power does come equiped with dynamics.  There is not additional
maintenance with dynamics if they are not used.  Lack of feature was mainly
due to economics, getting more dynamic brakeless units for traction than
fewer with dynamics which was why BM and NH ordered their second generation
units minus the feature even though they needed it. CNW also got the
Ex-Reading U30C's from CR beside the SD45's
