I know that the line through Waynesburg, PA (the ex-Monongahela (MGA)
line) was absorbed into Conrail in the early 1990s. However, it was
possible to see blue CR and black ex-PC engines (up to '85) MGA was
more-or-less absorbed by the PC in the 70s, but somehow maintained its
integrity after the fall of PC.
Also, the Reading, Lehigh Valley, Jersey Central had rails into PA.
