PC: Road Trailer

I have a PC sighting of a 45 or 48 ft. road trailer,complete with markings
and logo,in the New York City area. The reporting marks were PCDT with
#293444.it was on Wards Island under the Manhattan span of the Triboro
bridge. it seems to be used as storage for a company  working on the bridge
but other than a little fading its in good shape. FYI
