I can't answer your particular color question....
however in scanning freight car slides today I found a trailer train Penn
Central autorack, with a PC logo board on it.

flat:  boxcar red
Rack:  NYC or PC green
Placard or logo board:  black with white worm herald and Penn Central
lettering under herald.

I will post on alt.binaries.pictures.rail  so you guys can see it if you
like.... it is just a half car shot.

and why are you trying to piss off us NYC fans????????
