The Penn Central Color Guide also shows a photo of a "Lube Oil Tank" The 
car is a 40' 3 dome tank. Comparing the photo to a Athern 3 dome tank it 
is correct right on down to the last rivet. On the domes of the tank, 
the outside two compartments are labled "dirty lube oil" while the 
center compartment is labled "clean lube oil". Too bad that commercial 
decals are not available for this prototype.
