I agree with Bryan. Debating the name of a group that doesn't yet exist
isn't really constructive. Besides, there won't be any reason that a
group without "Technical" in their name can't be technical, and the same
thing for "Historical". I don't know of any railroad that has two separate
organizations for Historical and Technical (except for Conrail)....

How about we let this thread die for a while, OK?
