I have posted a draft of the proposed By-laws at http://lib2.clark.cc.oh.us/pchs.html

This draft is far more complete than the last one. It still needs some
tweaking and clarification in some areas however, I am almost ready to take it
the lawyers to check the legal language.

I am looking for comments/suggestions
