PC: Other RR magazines

I came across some copies of "Modern Railroads" magazines a awhile back.  
Although not strictly PC material, they still have labels on them for 
one of the directors at "Penn Central Transportation Company!" Also, 
they have the title laid out in a font similar to that used by the PC.  
Was this another PC magazine?
