FYI:

   Spotted in an eastbound Conrail coal train today (Thursday, 10/8/98)
   at Mentor Ohio, 12:40 p.m...

        PC hopper #482156 in black paint with logo and all other reporting
        marks intact. Car appeared to be in very good condition.
