PC: Minor web site update

As promised, I have made a minor update to the Penn Central web site.
I have added two new gondola photos to the Gondolas and Flatcars
Photo Gallery. I hope to have more material added soon. I would have
done more tonight, but the Indians-Yankees game went into extra
innings. But that's OK with me--the Tribe won. :-) (No discussions here
about Travis Fryman's baserunning, please....)
