How come Conrail trains run up the NYC/PC "Phoenix Branch" and use NYO&W
track to go from there to Oswego?   you'll find it labeled the Fulton
Secondary in the timetable, but O&W track is still in use.

Also, the Unadilla Valley ran some O&W trackage for a few years in the same
area of NY state.

some LNE track was run first by the CNJ and then the LV; CNJ even had some
equipment sublettered LNE for use there.  In each case it's not a lot, but
it's more than none -
