Any further info on this car, what type or class it is?

as a general rule, hertiage of a car if not found on the upper right corner
of the body can be determined from the car class - 

using covered hoppers as an example:

NYC - 128H
PRR/PC - H54
LV - CL16-A
EL - CE16-A
RDG - CR16-A

etc., I believe there won't be any other car classes however.  Cars new to
CR seem to use the PRR/PC classes.   Boxcars are a little different (the
heritage denominator trails the alphanumerical designation) but hoppers and
gons seem to all follow those rules.
